Ramana Maharshi was one of the greatest spiritual teachers in Twentieth Century India. He lived simply on and near Mt. Arunachala, which he came to as a young boy intent on knowing God. He taught the message of Advaita (Unity consciousness) with simplicity and mostly by his example.
